She sleeps six guests in three cabins. Two crew look after them, and their wages are part of the weekly rate.

At US$16,000 a week with every cabin full, that is US$381 per guest a night before running costs.

Captain Steve is a veteran of the North Atlantic fishing fleet from Maine who has spent his whole life on the water.
