What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and on the preference sheet your answers about your party, dates, destination, the yacht, your days aboard, toys, food and drink. The page you sent it from is stored with it.

Why

To answer your request and to prepare a charter offer for you. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your answers for advertising and we do not sell them.

Where it goes

The form is sent to this site's server, which stores a copy in a database and emails it to the charter team. When we prepare an offer, the yacht's charter company and its crew may receive the answers they need for your charter.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you and to handle a charter that follows, and as long as the law requires for contracts and invoices. Requests that lead to nothing are deleted after [period to be confirmed].

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and take it elsewhere. You can complain to a data protection authority. Write to the contact above.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser remembers the yachts you picked to compare, on your device only; clearing the site's data removes them.

Fonts and maps

Fonts load from Google Fonts and the coastlines for the charts from jsDelivr. Both receive your IP address when your browser fetches these files.
